Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Nigeria, Dubai, and South Africa. If you would like products shipped to other countries please send an email or give us a call to further discuss your options.

What if I want to return my purchase?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have any complaints regarding your purchase, feel free to send us an email and we can help troubleshoot.

Do you create customized products for events?

Whether it be a wedding, corporate party, or a bridal event, Sapphire-Crown is available for all your event needs! Customization is possible with advanced timely notice. Discounted prices available for bulk orders. Please send us an email with your event type, event date, a short description and one of our staff will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Your website says that the product I want to purchase is out of stock. How will I know when it is back in stock?

Thank you for your interest in our products and we apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact our store to see when the product may be back in stock. We are happy to keep you informed of the status and can even suggest another product to try in the meantime.

Can I purchase your products to resell at my store?
