Candle Care Tips:
- Trim your wicks between 1/8 (wood wick) and 1/4 inch (cotton wick) before every burn.
- For the first burn, allow it to burn 2-3 hours to prevent uneven wax . Let it burn long enough for the wax to melt and pool to the edges of the candle.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- For safety, never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep lit candles away from air drafts, uneven surfaces , flammable objects, and children.
Troubleshooting:
- Is the flame too high or causing some smoke? This happens if the wick is too long. Simply blow out the candle, trim down and re-light.
- Notice air bubbles? This is caused by surrounding temperature changes. Simply, nothing to worry about.
- Notice frosting (white crystals) at the top of the wax? This is a perfectly effect of soy. All soy waxes frost to some degree and is a sign that you are using 100% natural soy wax.
RePurpose:
- Want to turn your beautiful vessel into storage? Repurpose your vessel by removing the wax and wick with hot water and soap. Rinse & Dry. Use as jewelry container, candy jar, storing cotton swabs, cotton wool, facial tissues or for household decor use.
- Now light up your life, enjoy your candle, and happy burning 🙂
